Bob Pennington is currently a senior analyst and team lead at CITGO Petroleum, supporting its corporate and refinery SAP logistics systems. He has been actively involved in the EAM network for over two decades, is the ASUG Influence liaison for the Enterprise Asset Management network, and is currently heavily engaged in the global SAP Customer Connection for SAP EAM 2016 project.

Aaron Zurfluh is a maintenance engineer at Huntington Ingalls Industries Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) and is a project manager on the business side for the Facilities Asset Mobile Environment (FAME) initiative. Prior to joining NNS in 2014, Aaron worked for Union Camp / International Paper as an industrial engineer, total quality internal consultant, shift supervisor, operations manager, and manufacturing SME in a large SAP reimplementation. He has also been a reliability consultant in the chemical industry and plant engineer in a greenfield plant for Keurig-Green Mountain Coffee.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Tech, and he is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP). Aaron resides in Southampton County, Virginia, with his wife and younger child; their older child is about to graduate from the University of Virginia. In his spare time, Aaron volunteers with the Boy Scouts and putters in his wood shop.

In his current position, he is responsible for one distribution center and six satellite offices, $26 million in inventory, $1 million in investment recovery revenue, and an FTE count of 26. Hud has over 32 years’ experience in supply chain, materials, and logistics, 26 years with the PUD, and six years at Nintendo of America. Hud also made a living in the family-owned logging business in the timberlands of the Pacific Northwest. Hud has professional relationships with Institute of Supply Management (ISM), Material Handling & Management Society (MH&MS), Investment Recovery Association (IRA), and the Northwest Public Power Association (NWPPA). Hud currently resides in Snohomish, Washington, with his wife, Laura. He is an avid golfer and enjoys tending his five acres.

Kieran Dawson is a director of global data governance at Pfizer Inc. He is a focused, results-driven, and motivating leader who delivers significant and measurable supply chain business results. Applying his 30 years of supply chain and business technology experience, he effectively balances technical and business considerations, driving process improvement and methodologies to improve, standardize, and harmonize master data across the Pfizer global supply chain. Kieran holds a degree in business organization and leadership. Kieran spent 20 years in Europe working for Apple Inc. and Pfizer’s European supply division.

Cathy has been working with SAP applications since 1998. While working initially in the supply chain area in various roles of increasing responsibility, Cathy has also managed several SAP Center of Excellence organizations. As manager of applications, she is currently managing the SAP team at Zausner Foods, a U.S. subsidiary of Groupe Savencia, a global-branded cheese specialist. Her team supports four U.S. subsidiary companies and seven plants with internal/external warehouses. Zausner has implemented most of the SAP ECC modules and also has an active and growing business warehouse infrastructure. Cathy has also been a long-term volunteer leader of ASUG and is currently the ASUG supply chain management community facilitator.

Randy Deitemeyer is a senior manager at Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway company, responsible for the enablement of supply chain operations through innovative tools, technologies, and business process excellence. Areas of focus include sales and operations planning (S&OP), procure-to-pay, sales and distribution, transportation, warehouse, materials management, financial forecasting, and enterprise mobility. In parallel to his career in information technology, Randy is an active-duty firefighter, EMT, and HAZMAT operator, providing all hazards response to local communities. Prior to his current role, Randy served as a senior SAP implementation consultant for IBM Global Business Services, specializing in mill products and semiconductor manufacturing. Randy earned an undergraduate degree in business management from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, and he holds professional certifications in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) as well as SAP Order Fulfillment.

Rudy is an SAP professional with 20-plus years of experience working in various industries and performing a range of functions from development, configuration, and solutions architect. An accomplished supply chain expert, he is currently the director of IT, SAP supply chain at Monster Energy. Rudy has a solid background in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash process streams. At Monster Energy, he plays a vital leadership role in stabilizing and improving those processes by redesigning existing functionalities and implementing new process improvements/systems. In addition, he provides cross-functional solutions to multiple complex business requirements that have driven significant improvements in efficiency and accuracy. Rudy has worked with a variety of products that integrate with SAP ECC (HANA), including APO, CRM, PLM, Ariba, Hybris (SAP C/4HANA), and the Winshuttle suite, both studio and web forms.

Jeff Smith has been with Fairfax Water (FW) for over 28 years, where he worked his way up the plant maintenance department from a plant mechanic, plant maintenance assistant supervisor, and plant maintenance planner/scheduler. Jeff was the EAM team lead when FW implemented SAP in 2009. After implementation, he was promoted to business process analyst working in FW (SAP) Solution Support Center. He supports the production department’s two large water treatment plants and FW T&D departments with SAP. This has allowed Jeff to gain valuable SAP experience with not only SAP Plant Maintenance, but also SAP Materials Maintenance, SAP Customer Service Management, and SAP Finance. Jeff is also Fairfax Water’s SAP testing lead. Jeff is the ASUG plant maintenance program chair.
